About the Leadership Programme About the Leadership Programme
The Adam Science Foundation Leadership Programme is a year-long, part-time leadership development programme for people in their mid to late twenties. Each year, the ASFLP recruits 12 people from a diverse range of careers, religious affiliations and backgrounds, with the aim of helping them to acquire the skills and experience they need to become leaders in the Jewish community.
