Each year, the ASFLP recruits up to 12 people from a diverse range of careers, religious affiliations and backgrounds, with the aim of helping them to acquire the skills and experience they need to become leaders in the Jewish community.
The programme helps to enable participants to shape their vision for the community and look at the key challenges facing it today.
