Women in Leadership Seminar 1: How to Fundraise

Have you ever wanted to learn how to fundraise?

Now here's your chance.

This session is aimed at women who want to boost their confidence with fundraising. You will learn how to lead face-to-face fundraising approaches, how to make the 'case for support' for your organisation and understand more about the role of special events. We will also be looking at why organisations fundraise and what motivates people to give.

Amanda was previously director of The Giving Campaign, head of corporate relations and fundraising at the Labour Party and has given fundraising advice to a range of organisations.

The evening starts with a networking dinner at 6.30pm followed by the seminar at 7pm.

Women in Leadership is a series of training seminars for women who volunteer in the community.
