This session is aimed at women who volunteer in the community and are already in, or are considering, leadership roles. You will learn about the qualities needed for leadership and gain a better understanding of lay-professional partnerships. The aim is to provide you with a better understanding of what is expected from a leader and greater confidence in considering taking on new or further leadership roles in the future.
Guest speakers: Nicky Goldman (UJIA Leadership Development Director), Ruth Green (member of UJIA advisory board), Leonie Lewis (director of the Jewish Volunteering Network) and Rosalind Preston OBE (honorary vice presidents of WIZO.uk).
The evening starts with a networking dinner at 6.30pm followed by the seminar at 7pm.
