For 20 years, the UJIA Jewish Life Education Centre has been running a training seminar that helps to train people to take the next step as madrichim (leaders) in their Jewish Youth Movements, their community, or along the path they make for themselves.

B'Derech is also a great chance to catch up with your friends from tour and meet people from other movements.
