UJIA is committed to bringing on board and developing new leaders, as well as supporting our current leaders, whom we value greatly. We recognise that an organisation like ours can only succeed with the commitment and involvement of passionate, motivated and articulate people, who are able to give of themselves and bring others along with them.

Without the efforts and commitment of our volunteers and supporters, we would not be able to perform our vital work. Bringing energy and expertise to UJIA, our dedicated volunteers in the UK and Israel ensure that we are able to work effectively with young people and communities.
