UJIA Sports Quiz & Dinner 2008

Lords Cricket ground welcomed over 350 guests to the UJIA Sports Quiz & Dinner 2008.

The prestigious event was expertly compered by Sky Sports favourite Jeff Stelling and consisted of a testing Olympics themed quiz.

This year's auction offered some amazing, unforgettable experiences and high quality adventure prizes. Up for grabs were Formula 1 racing or the ultimate 'Top Gun' experience in an ex-military plane plus many more!

A silent auction also drew in the crowds - with sporting memorabilia and sporting event tickets up for offer that would make others green with envy! There was also the chance to bid to meet sporting stars, tour world class stadiums or add to your autograph collection.

The winning team was headed up by Jonathan Marks, but it is likely that team mates ex-footballer Robbie Earle and rowing hero James Cracknell would have been useful team members!

£135,000 has been raised so far for UJIA educational programmes in Israel.
