ASFAN Masterclasses begin

Alumni of the Adam Science Foundation Leadership programme were given an exclusive opportunity to have a personalised Coaching Masterclass with Benjamin Leon on Tuesday 16 December.

Ben has 15 years experience coaching and guiding executives at the highest level, leading businesses inside and outside the Jewish Community and is former CEO of the UJIA and founder of Bravo Lima LLP.

Highlights of the session included explanations and theories of coaching, personalised use of the PEOPLE (performance, efficacy, ownership, possibilities, linkage and evidence) model as well as some exercises to help people push boundaries and reach goals.
