UJIA develops new cadres of communal leadership

The UJIA funded Adam Science Foundation Leadership Programme (ASFLP) 08-09 held an audience with the 'big 4' (Chief Executives of UJIA, CST, Jewish Care and the Jewish Leadership Council) as part of their year long educational leadership programme.

The event, held at Lady Sarah Cohen House, one of Jewish Care's residential home, saw each communal organisation leader present a SWOT Analysis (Strentghts / Weaknesses / Opportunities / Threats) before debating the key issues and challenges facing the British Jewish Community.

Following this session the group will now respond to the issues raised during the presentations and face up to the challenge set by UJIA CEO Douglas Krikler - to respond to the challenge of developing new cadres of informed, strategic communal leaders that will benefit British society in general in years to come.
