Leeds UJIA mission to Israel

Leeds UJIA took 11 members of its community on a 5 day leadership mission to Israel. The mission, led by UJIA Lay Leader Richard Manning, visited UJIA educational programmes in the Galil, northern Israel. These included Kibbutz Eshbal, Ayalim Student Village, Netiv Tefachot, the new Hemed Primary School and Branco Weiss School. The delegation also met up with UJIA funded Gap Year students.

UJIA Regional Director Howard Forman commented, "This course and visit to Israel is a true investment in the future of the Leeds Jewish community. Organisations across the community will benefit. With this group, I am confident that we have a highly motivated group of people who can take our community forward with confidence."
