UJIA team up with Arsenal for Gap Year Opportunity

Arsenal Football Club and UJIA are teaming up to offer a fantastic opportunity to learn how to coach football and gain qualifications whilst getting to know Israel in a unique way.

From September 2010, Arsenal in the Community is offering four months of instruction and work experience in coaching football in north London. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in Arsenal's football development programme in Akko, northern Israel between January and April 2011.

This is an exceptional way for boys and girls to spend a Gap Year with Arsenal, either before or after further/higher education or as a career break.

Applications are now open!

The programme is open to anyone aged 18 to 30 and successful candidates will need to demonstrate a responsible attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally you will have some experience of working with children or in schools. Applicants do not need previous coaching experience, although basic football skills are a requirement.

The cost of the programme is £500 plus a £250 returnable deposit. You are required to pay for your own flights and any additional personal expenses. The Club will provide insurance.
