UJIA welcomed over 200 people to its new Camden offices to launch the new premises and celebrate Chanukah.
Guests were taken on guided tours around the office to see the new, modern facilities that puts UJIA at the heart of the Jewish community. Stalls were set up for guests to learn more about UJIA's work with young people and education in Israel and the UK.
The formal part of the evening was the candle lighting ceremony. UJIA was delighted to welcome guests of honour Rabbi Tony Bayfield, Ambassador Ron Prosor, Israeli Ambassador to the UK, The Mayor of Camden, Councillor Omar Faruque Ansari and Uri Danor, Chief Executive EL AL UK to light candles.
The children's choir from Akiva School then led guests in a round of Chanukah songs and were followed by the Israel Dance Institute who entertained guests with dancing and music.
