UK business community raises over £10,000 for UJIA

The business community showed its support for UJIA, raising over £10,000 for projects in Israel and the UK at a Business Lunch hosted by BDO on 25 January 2010.

Over 50 businessmen and women listened to guest speaker, Mick Davis, UJIA Chair and Chief Executive of Xstrata plc, talk about his experiences in the industry and had the opportunity to participate in a Q & A session. Xstrata plc is a diversified mining and metals company, listed on the London Stock Exchange, with a market value of $65 billion and employing approximately 55,000 people.
