LOT 1: Exclusive Private Dinner Party for 10 in your Own Home Catered by Nico Rilla
Nico was trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine and has gained experience with Faventia, a two-star Michelin restaurant in the South of France and Alastair Little and Theo Randall in London, amongst others. You will be consulted on your menu choices and have a specially designed 4 course meal with delicious canapés and petit fours. Your dinner party will be personally prepared by incredible international chef Nico and served by his own staff in your choice of location. Ingredients and chef's travel included, beverages not included. Waiting staff are supplied as part of this experience. This former Formula 1 World Champion and CART World Series Champion is the only person in history to hold both titles simultaneously and was the first person to win the CART title in his debut season. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of the historic Headingley Test match against Australia in 1981. A case of beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon made by Australia's leading winemaker Geoff Merrill. The wine is produced in the South Australian wine region of Coonawarra and McLaren Vale. The signed photograph is from that match in July 1981 when Botham's remarkable innings of 149 not out for England against Australia turned certain defeat into the most extraordinary victory.
