UJIA provides core funding for 12 Jewish Youth Movements and the Union of Jewish Students. This money enables the Youth Movements and UJS to fund their organizations and provide outstanding education, leadership and activism training for 10,000 young people in the community.
Weekly activities, educational weekends, winter and summer camps, as well as all Israel Experience programmes are the direct outcome of this funding of the Movements.
An Allocations Committee made up of lay people and our professional staff manages the UJIA's funding for Youth Movements and monitors its effectiveness. Our management of UJS' work is implemented in conjunction with UJS-Hillel.
