Israel Experience Training

The key to the success of our UJIA Israel Experience programmes is the quality of the staff (Madrichim) that accompanies the groups for the entire duration of their visit.

These young adults attend a rigorous training programme in both the UK and Israel in the months leading up to the summer.

The role of the leader is essential as he/she provides the lens through which the participants learn about Israeli society and culture.

The training includes intensive preparation in youth leadership, Israel studies and Jewish culture as well as a full explanation of how to work with the security and medical support teams in Israel.

Our training programme is viewed internationally as among the best in the world.
