Israel Experience Training

The key to the success of our Israel Experience programmes is the quality of the staff (madrichim) that accompany the groups for the duration of their visit. These young adults attend a rigorous training programme in both the UK and Israel in the months leading up to the tour.

The role of tour leader is essential as they provide the lens through which the participants learn about Israeli society and culture. The training includes intensive preparation in youth leadership, Israel studies and Jewish culture, as well as a full explanation of how to work with the security and medical support teams in Israel.
