Youth Movements and UJS Staff Training

The training of young leaders (madrichim) for the Jewish Youth Movements and UJS is a key element of UJIA's strategy for Informal Jewish Education. Our expert professionals run regular training sessions and retreats for Movement and UJS staff as well as hundreds of madrichim.

We address issues such as: leadership development, group dynamics, budget planning and management, Israeli and Jewish culture and societal issues. Additionally, our staff provide regular mentoring and coaching sessions for Youth Movement staff to help them get the most out of their year's work for their respective organisations.
