Mid and Senior Level Professional Development

UJIA's Educational Leadership Department initiates and implements programmes to enable teachers and educators to prepare themselves for positions of leadership in the community.

We run our programmes in partnership with organisations such as the British government's National College for School Leadership, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the Mandel Centre for Professional Development.

We also run the UJIA-Ashdown Fellows, a year-long programme aimed at the most outstanding young educators in our community today. UJIA-Ashdown graduates from the last three cohorts now occupy many positions of leadership throughout the educational system.
